Most small shops lose a full workday every week to jobs a computer should be doing. Written down, it usually looks like this:
Nine hours a week. Gone to busywork.
Not software you have to learn. Not a dashboard you'll never open. Small, reliable systems that plug into your existing phone, calendar, and tools — then they just run.

Job done → friendly review request → better Google rank → phone rings more. Running on autopilot.
Everyone — Google rank is the local ad budgetThe four above are where most shops start. Underneath, we build custom automations in n8n and put large language models to work where they earn it — reading, sorting, drafting, and answering. If a task follows a pattern and eats your week, bring it to the walkthrough.
Don't see yours? That's normal. Most of what we build doesn't have a name until we find it together.
Bring me your list →Three of the systems, step by step. Each one starts on its own and ends with a booked job, a closed quote, or a customer who didn't need to call.
Twenty minutes on where your week actually goes. We'll show you the two or three leaks worth fixing — with the dollar math — whether or not we work together.
Price agreed before any work starts. First system live inside two weeks. Tested against the weird cases before it ever touches a real customer.
We keep it working, tune it as you grow, and fix it when something changes. You own every account — if you ever want to fire us, everything stays yours.
Rastovel was founded by Eric Barnes. We manage IT systems for a living, run a wrench business of our own here in Stilwell, and built these systems for our own shop before we ever offered them to anyone else. We know what a missed call costs because we've missed them. You'll never talk to an account manager, an offshore help desk, or a chatbot pretending to be us — you talk to the people who built it.
Professional IT operations. Systems, networks, uptime — the boring reliability work, done for a living.
Runs a local shop. Mobile mechanic service, right here in the county. These systems earn their keep in our business first.
Twenty minutes away. Not a subscription from a city you've never been to. If something breaks, we show up.
Everyone talks about AI like you were supposed to have it figured out already. You weren't. The shops pulling ahead around here didn't turn into tech companies — they just stopped doing five things by hand. That's an afternoon of setup, not a career change. And you don't have to learn any of it. That part's our job.
Depends on what we build — which is why the walkthrough comes first. Builds are a fixed price agreed up front; keeping systems running is a flat monthly amount. No surprises, no per-seat nonsense, and the dollar math has to make sense against what the leak is costing you or we'll tell you not to buy it.
No. That's the point. The systems wire into the phone, calendar, and tools you already use. Your customers notice things got smoother; you notice the phone bothering you less.
Every system we ship is tested against the weird cases first — the withheld number, the confusing request, the 2am emergency. When a system isn't sure, it doesn't guess: it hands off to a human. You'll see the test results before anything goes live.
No. You own every account, every phone number, and all your data. If you ever want to part ways, everything keeps working and stays yours. Our job is to be worth keeping, not hard to leave.
Some of it uses AI where AI is genuinely useful — understanding what a caller needs, drafting a message. Most of it is plain, reliable plumbing: triggers, texts, reminders, follow-ups. We sell you the outcome, not the buzzword.
Call, text, or email. We'll walk through your week, show you the two or three leaks worth fixing, and give you the math — no pressure, no contract, and you'll get something useful out of it either way.
